India's National Deaf Cricket Team Sets Off on South Africa Tour: A Proud Moment

A moment of immense pride as India's National Deaf and Dumb (Non-Hearing) Cricket Team, affiliated with the International Deaf Cricket Council and in association with the ICC, embarks on their tour to South Africa. Prior to their departure, they had the privilege of visiting Chembur Gymkhana, where they engaged in a meaningful discussion with Mr. Aashish Gadkari, Chairman of the Maharashtra Deaf Cricket Federation, and Mr. P.M. Balkrishna, Sports Secretary for Chembur Gymkhana.

We extend our heartfelt best wishes to them for the upcoming series in South Africa. In light of this, we earnestly request the Indian Cricket Council to consider formal affiliation for both hearing and non-hearing cricket teams, aligning with the global practice observed by many other nations.

Zebro Foundation takes immense pride in supporting and acknowledging the incredible fraternity of mute cricketers. Their dedication, passion, and unwavering perseverance inspire us and make our nation proud. We wish them continued success on their upcoming tour of Sri Lanka and Pakistan.

Jai Hind! 🇮🇳
